Economic – will improve performance reliability and achieve cost efficiencies in the H2-CHP. (Expected outcome: CHP efficiency >80%)

Overall, the TCO for the end consumer will decrease to €3/kg for H2 for heating through innovations and efficiencies along the full heating value chain.

Scientific – will be making innovations to their H2-CHP combustion engine and will demo large heating supply to CHUIMI. The H2-CHP will be combined with the heat pump for full use of the energy generated.(expected combined outcome: >1MW heat; >90% of total hospital requirement)
